I’ve been pondering another blog for some time and realized that the answer is obvious – choose raw food. Nothing fancy about that or the choice; it’s straightforward advice that makes the vegan diet a breeze. Since cravings are a thing of the past, my days consist of green veggies and lots of fruit. It’s easy once you’ve been doing it for a while — a habit is formed and voila! life gets easy.
Enjoy yourselves in other ways and when it comes to a meal, go green. Besides, aren’t there other fun activities you’d rather be doing?
