After learning of my raw food lifestyle, many people tell me emphatically, “I could never do that!”. “Why not?” I ask. “Well, how could I give up cheese?” Uh-huh. So that’s what’s keeping you from being a healthy, trim, clear-headed human. Cheese!? (Or whichever food is the addiction.) Hmm. Makes one wonder where the priorities lie. I suppose the questions should be, “What are you willing to give up to be healthy?”.
People are quick to discount the raw food choice rather than give up something harmful. My question is this, “How do you know it’s difficult before you do it?” So choose raw food for your staple and get on with life. Aren’t there better things you could be doing with your time? I answer emphatically, “Yes!”
